Our inventory of non-magnetic drill collars includes full-length collars as well as pony collars with OD sizes ranging from 3 1/2” to 9 1/2” – available as slick or flex collars. We also offer hardbanded collars and spiraling by request. All non-magnetic collars are fabricated with Cr-Mn stainless steel. Connections are machined, inspected and documented as having met either the customer’s specifications or API Spec 7-1. Thread inspection includes checking lead, taper, thread depth, standoff, bevels, and more. Our line of stabilizers includes spiral, straight, integral and welded blades, steel and nonmagnetic options. Steel stabilizers are manufactured from AISI 4145H modified, heat-treated alloy steel. Non-magnetic stabilizers are developed from Cr-Mn stainless stock. Inventories include sizes up to 26”. All connections are machined to API Spec 7-1 unless otherwise specified by customers.
